Artisan Hardscaper
Roots Wild is seeking a candidate with at least one year prior experience in hardscaping. The qualified candidate will have a servant leadership style, be a problem-solver, be proficient in landscaping fundamentals, and share the vision and values of Roots Wild.
Demonstrate ability to create boulder walls, patios, walkways, etc.:

plan materials fit for the site and design

excavate sites with precision and plan layout

select bonding agents and sealants for function and beauty

Maintenance Technician
Enjoy outdoor gardening among pollinators and birds by regularly caring for sustainable landscapes all over West Michigan. A successful Maintenance Technician will come with a self-directed mentality, eager to learn and apply methods of aftercare maintenance to Roots Wild landscapes in various seasons and weather.
