Office Administrative Assistant​

This is a part-time on-site role (potential for hybrid after 30 days) for an Office Administrative Assistant. The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for various tasks including clerical duties, phone etiquette, communication, and executive administrative assistance. The position requires working on-site at our Grand Rapids location. Our office is a very family friendly atmosphere!

 

Qualifications

  • Team player with a daily good attitude

  • Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills

  • Excellent phone etiquette

  • Strong communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and follow directions

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proven integrity and reliability

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive/Docs/Sheets

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An Associate's in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is a plus

  • Prior experience in office assisting is preferred

  • Eager to learn a niche industry

 Essential job functions may include:

  • Scheduling

  • Project tracking using data provided

  • Responding to new client inquiries

  • Filing (paper and electronic)

  • Picking up mail

  • Electronic photo organizing

  • Task tracking

  • Cleaning office

  • Client presentation preparation. as directed

  • Generally assisting in organizing, preparing, tracking, data, etc.

 

Schedule

Hours are 12-18 weekly, within 3 or 4 days.
